The Space for Art Foundation and the ZAiKS Society of Authors invite you to participate in the 1st Józefa Świdra National Composition Competition.

The subject of the competition is to create original compositions for one of three chamber ensembles:

• accordion duo
• clarinet and accordion duo
• reed trio

Applications will be judged by a jury consisting of: Zygmunt Krauze, Anna Maria Huszcza, Anna Rocławska-Musiałczyk, Piotr Lato and Maciej Zimka.

Only original works, not yet published, not performed or awarded in other competitions, may be submitted to the Competition.

The Competition is open to composers of Polish nationality and university students of all nationalities, provided that they are at least 18 years of age.

Applications close on July 31st, 2025.
