The PIF Castelfidardo Competitions and Festival is organised by the City Council of Castelfidardo led by Mayor Roberto Ascani, the Castelfidardo Pro Loco Tourist Association headed by Ruben Cittadini and 2024 PIF Artistic Director Antonio Spaccarotella.

The 49th PIF (Premio Internationale Fisarmonica) Castelfidardo 2024 will be held from September 11th to 15th in Castelfidardo immediately following the 2024 Coupe Mondiale which is also being held in Castelfidardo, September 6th to 10th, 2024.

These two major international accordion competitions and festivals mean that competitors, enthusiasts and supporters can with one airfare, attend both these exciting events at the home of Italian accordion manufacture.

The excellent 2024 PIF prizes are designed to attract competitors from many different countries.

The PIF Premio Award, the most prestigious PIF category features three finalists in the 3rd round, performing with a full symphony orchestra in the Teatro Astra. Each finalist will perform the world premiere of the commissioned work composed by Veli Kujala (Finland). President of the international jury is Mario Stefano Pietrodarchi (Italy).
