Radu Ratoi will perform concerts in Germany, Moldova and the USA this month, all debut orchestra performances.

Concert dates:

March 5th at 1pm and March 6th at 7.30pm: Concerts with the SWR Symphony Orchestra (conducted by Gemma New) at the Kultur & Kongresszentrum Liederhalle in Stuttgart, Germany. Their program will feature Astor Piazzolla’s “Aconcagua”, an iconic concerto for accordion, chamber orchestra, and percussion.

March 10th at 6.30pm: Concert with the National Chamber Orchestra featuring Mario Stefano Pietrodarchi (Italy) in Chișinău, Moldova. Their program will include E. Morricone – Three themes, N.Rota – Tribute to F.Fellini, R. Di Marino – Mediterranean Suite, A.Piazzolla – Oblivion with you, Goodbye Nonino, The Grand Tango, Libertango and R. Di Marino – Gypsy.

March 14th at 7.30pm and March 15th at 2.30pm: Concerts with the Mobile Symphony Orchestra conducted by Scott Speck at the Saenger Theatre in Mobile, Alabama, USA. The concerts, which are entitled “Beethoven and Blue Jeans” will include Dances of Galanta (Zoltán Kodaly), Aconcagua: Concerto for Bandoneon (Astor Piazzolla) and Symphony No. 2, D major, Op. 36 (Beethoven).
