
“La Famille LeBlanc” will perform in concert at the Fernand Dufour Centre in Quebec City, Canada on May 9th, 2026, at 7.30pm.
The event, which is organised by the Association Québécoise des Loisirs Folkloriques-Région de Québec, will begin with a performance by local musicians Marc-Oliver Cote (accordion), Jacuzzi Gurette (violin), Martin Tarcotte (pinao) and Sebastien Dionne (double bass),
The Famille LeBlanc plays a “variety of 19th-century tunes from other Celtic nations such as Ireland, Brittany, and Scotland. Their repertoire is deeply rooted in Celtic and Acadian traditions.”
The group consists of Robin LeBlanc, accompanied by his wife, Rebecca, and three daughters. “Charlotte, the eldest, plays the violin, Rosalie plays the concertina and accompanies her sister at the piano and Mélodie tops it up with her percussive foot work and whistle.”
