On the 23rd to 25th March at Oma Tupa in Ikaalinen, there were over 100 participants in 6 categories of accordion competition for the 40th National Accordion Competition for Children and Young People.  The event was organized by Accordion Teachers’ Association in Finland and Finnish Accordion Association (SHL).

In the A18 category,  Tuomas Poutanen and Mikko Malin (picture left) qualified to represent Finland at the CIACoupe Mondiale 2012 in Spoleto. Picture above: Emmi Lindfors (left) and Indigo Butters (right) was playing in category E, participants under school age.
