The 2026 Cambridge Folk Festival will be held at the Cherry Hinton Hall in Cambridge, England, UK on August 1st and 2nd, 2026, organised by the Cambridge City Council.

The weekend will feature “two full days of incredible live music and activities, plus the option to camp under the stars for three nights if you’d like to make a full weekend of it.”

“As always, you can expect Cambridge’s signature mix of roots music in all its forms — folk, Americana, country, blues, world music, and so much more.”

The festival has a “long tradition of showcasing world-class headliners alongside rising stars from the folk scene. You’ll find an expertly curated line-up across two main stages, a vibrant street performance area filled with talented buskers and roving acts, and a welcoming Club Corner, created in partnership with our local folk clubs and promoters.”

Performers include RuMac (Ruairidh Maclean), Frog on a Bike with Mary Panton (Tom Sennett on melodeons), Amaidí, and Brogeal (Sam MacMillan on accordion).
