The Auckland Mandolinata (conducted by Bryan Holden) will perform their 2026 Spring Concert at The Rose Centre in Belmont, Takapuna, Auckland, New Zealand on September 27th, 2026 from 2.30pm.

The orchestra, which includes accordionist Danielle Beston, aims to foster an interest in, and to encourage the playing of, the mandolin family and related instruments. The size of the orchestra ranges from twenty to thirty members playing mandolins, mandolas, mandocello or Liuto, Mandolon (bass mandolin), guitars, contra-bass, flute, and accordion.

Their program will feature a selection of modern, folk and classical pieces arranged for the unique sound of a plucked string orchestra.
