Urs Lötscher (picture above) will tutor an Accordion Workshop at the Haus der Volksmusik in Altdorf, Switzerland on February 26th, 2023.

“During the course you will learn to accompany a simple yodel song with the accordion. The course group is dedicated to various topics: Basic knowledge of harmony and ear training. Musical expression, sound design, dynamics, development of understanding of text in yodel songs, interaction with small yodel formations (solo, duet, trio).”

The workshop is aimed at young people & adults with a playing level at least intermediate, an interest in yodeling, knowledge of sheet music and simple musical basics.

Since the beginning of 2018, Urs Lötscher has been a member of the Carlo Brunner Band.
