The Black Pencil ensemble “invited composers to write with complete freedom for its unique instrumentation: recorder, pan pipes, viola, accordion and percussion. The result: Electric Delights. A groundbreaking collection of virtuoso compositions by composers of different generations and nationalities.”

Their concert to premiere pieces by Hugo Morales and Igor Silva will be held at the Amstelkerk in Amsterdam, Netherlands on April 2nd, 2025 from 8.15pm.

“The explicit motto of Electric Delights was a new innovative programming concept. The assignment was: search, experiment and push boundaries to surprise and enchant the audience. The result is Electric Delights.”
