The Accordion Association Con Zelo will hold their “Masterplay” Concert at the Reformed Church in Hoogwoud, North Holland, Netherlands on March 2nd, 2024, organised by the Quintet Vijfkwarts.

Accordionists from all over the Netherlands will work on five pieces of music in three sessions under the direction of conductor Christa Groeneveld.

In the third session, soloist Vincent van Amsterdam will give a short masterclass on tone formation. This rehearsal will also be dominated by Piazzolla’s “Meditango” in which Vincent will perform the solo part.

At the final concert, Vincent van Amsterdam will also perform as a soloist, after which the concert will conclude with the joint work.
