Alpen Musikanten, which includes Phill Nadvesnik (accordion), Peter Grivic (bass) and Paul Gillett (guitar), will perform at the 70th anniversary celebrations of the Australian Slovenian Association Geelong – Slovenian Club “Ivan Cankar” in Lovely Banks, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia on November 9th, 2025 from 1pm.

The previous week, (November 2nd) the trio will entertain at the Austrian Club Melbourne, Heidelberg West in Melbourne, Victoria from 1pm.

Alpen Musikanten is a Melbourne-based folk music trio specialising in the ‘Oberkrainer’ style of Alpine Folk Music from Slovenia and Austria. Featuring piano accordion, bass, guitar and vocals playing happy, fast polkas and waltzes.
