The IFC International Folk Dance Camp will be held at Circle Lodge in Sylvan Lake, Hopewell Junction, New York, USA from May 10th to 12th, 2024.

Six piece band “Balkan Fields” (picture above) will play live music at the event. Boston-based Balkan Fields has received accolades for their enthusiasm, musicianship, and harmony with careful attention to the needs of the IFC community.

The group includes Melinda Fields (accordion), Dean Brown (guitar), Mel Fitzhugh (bass), Henry Goldberg (tupan, darbuka, riq, snare & vocals), Melinda Hunt (vocals) and Ralph Iverson (violin, gadulka, sax & viola).
