Argentinian bandoneonist Pablo Jaurena has been nominated for the 2023 Latin Grammy category: “Best Tango Album” for his first solo album “Retrato del aire” (Portrait of the Air).

“Retrato del aire” features twelve tangos and one samba with arrangements by Jaurena and prestigious colleagues. The work was released through Acqua Records, an independent label from Buenos Aires that has local and international artists in its catalog.

The 24th Annual Latin Grammy Awards 2023 will take place at the Conference and Exhibition Centre (FIBES) in Seville, Spain on November 16th, 2023.
