The Chemainus Accordion Day is part of the annual Accordion Festival held at the Waterwheel Park Bandshell in Chemainus, British Columbia, Canada each August. The 2026 event will be held on August 15th from 9.30am to 4.30pm, organised by the Chemainus Valley Cultural Arts Society (CVCAS).

The Chemainus Accordion Day is a community event celebrating accordion music with a variety of local and visiting performers. The festival is part of CVCAS’s summer music series at Waterwheel Park, which also features other genres and artists throughout August.

Performers include Adam Con & Friends, Anthony Seufert, Main Squeeze, Bruce & Mike, Nanaimo Accordion band, Heart & Soul, The Bellows Bandits (Stan and Friends), Randy Williams, The Gypsy Belles, The Ryder Lake Group, Mary Ross & students and The Victoria Accordion Club.

This is a great opportunity to experience live accordion performances in a friendly, community‑focused setting, and to support local arts in the Chemainus Valley.
