Donald Balestrieri, a noted music editor and publisher, accordionist and former faculty member of San Diego State University in California has passed away.

Donald Balestrieri, Principal, Music Graphics Press (formerly named Ars Nova) published many Anthony Galla-Rini accordion arrangements during the last 60 years and also published an accordion course by Donald Balestrieri and considerable music for accordion arranged by Donald Balestrieri.

Donald Balestrieri had suffered poor health for some time and was 87 years of age.
