French accordionist, Félicien Brut performed at the 2024 Olympic Games Opening Ceremony on July 26th, 2024, providing music for the Seine River parade.
“The ceremony was designed to be accessible to as many people as possible. Eighty giant screens and strategically placed speakers allowed everyone in Paris and beyond to enjoy the magical atmosphere.”
In addition to the 600,000 people who were watching the ceremony in person, over 1.5 billion people from around the world were expected to watch the event on television.
