The Harbin 2018 Art Director is Prof. Wang Hongyu (picture left), Dean of the Music College of Harbin Normal University invites all foreign candidates and informs them, that the Harbin Organising Committee offers full accommodation and food during the competition for foreign candidates.

Prof. Wang Hongyu and the Harbin Organising Committee ran the very successful Harbin 2010, Harbin 2012, Harbin 2014, Harbin 2016 Summer International Accordion Art Week and Competitions which attracted over 500 entrants with many competitors from outside China.
