The joint concert between the North Shore Accordion Orchestra conducted by Lian Jones and the Auckland Mandolinata conducted by Bryan Holden was performed to a capacity audience in Takapuna, Auckland, New Zealand on March 23rd, 2025.

The concert featured a program by the Auckland Mandolinata interspersed with accordion soloists, followed by three pieces by the North Shore Accordion Orchestra. As a grand finale the two groups performed Funiculi Funicula together conducted by Bryan Holden who also played bass mandolinata.

The concert, which was expertly compered by Bryan Holden was such a success that we plan to make this an annual event.
