Well-known Finnish accordionist and conductor Jukka-Pekka Kuusela organized a concert in honor of the National Accordion Day, March 26, 2026. This year the venue was beautiful Sotkamo Church Hall with excellent acoustics.

The performers were accordionists of different generations from Kuhmo and Sotkamo. The two hour program included classical music, light music, folk music and traditional Finnish accordion music. The large and grateful audience thanked the performers with a round of applause.
