“Organ Meets Accordion” Concerts – Switzerland

July 17th 2026

Three “Organ meets accordion – with friends” concerts will be held in Switzerland during August and September 2026.

“This year, Wolfgang Sieber (organ) and Yolanda Schibli Zimmermann are launching a music project that brings special, explicitly composed and arranged works to life and experience them in a refreshing variant. This project is a rendezvous between organ, 21 accordions and 8 other musicians (flute, clarinet, saxophone/tubax, double bass, bandoneon, drums and percussion).”

“The orchestra is made up of professional musicians, music students and amateur musicians. In principle, all musicians (including the management) participate without a fee. They are all committed with a lot of heart and soul to the goal of a special musical, emotional experience (for the musicians and our guests) and to gain extraordinary experiences (instrumentation, literature).”
