Four accordionists will present a program with new music, several world premiere performances, and improvisations.

The accordion quartet consists of Dorrit Bauerecker, Marko Kassl, Katharina Koenig, and Florian Stadler. The artistic director is Dorrit Bauerecker.

Their program includes works by Carlie Schoonees, Francisco Domínguez, Willem Schulz, Dietmar Bonnen, and Katharina Koenig as well as compositions by Schoonees and Domínguez will be performed. An additional performance by the young composer Aleksei Kushnerev, winner of the “Jugend komponiert” competition, will be included. The ensemble complements the composed program with improvisations.
