The “Vancouver Squeezebox Circle Orchestra” will perform a concert entitled “A Literary Sound-Off” at the Rink, UBC Robson Square in Vancouver, British Colombia, Canada on September 16th, 2023, from 12 midday.

The concert “will take you on a musical journey following the plot of Annie Proulx’s 1996 novel, Accordion Crimes. Expect to hear accordion music from Italy to New Orleans, from Quebec to the Mid-West, from Spanish-speaking to English-speaking Texas to Scandinavian immigrants as the Squeezebox Circle Orchestra follows the little green accordion’s journey.”
