Accordionists will be performing at the Watersound Bluegrass & Roots Festival, held in Burray Village, Orkney, Scotland, United Kingdom from August 22nd to 24th, 2025.

The event is a three-day celebration of Bluegrass, Americana and roots music in Burray, Orkney, with live acts, workshops, spontaneous jams, community spirit, camping, great food and a warm welcome.

Performers include “The Chair” (Bob Gibbon on accordion), and “The Ultimate Teapot” which includes accordionist Karen Tweed, Therése Hanley, Stewart Shearer and Ian MacKaye, who will combine for a unique collaboration debuting at the Water Sound Festival.
