9:30 hrs Category B, Soloists up to 15 years (Born 2010 onwards), Auditorium San Francesco (Via Giuseppe Mazzini, 13 – Castelfidardo, AN)
10:00 hrs World Senior Category, Soloists no age limits, Competitors who use an accordion, a diatonic accordion (of any model), a garmoshka, a bandoneon, etc. are allowed. Scuola Civica Paolo Soprani (Via Ciriaco Mordini, 14 – Castelfidardo, AN).



14:30 hrs Category Chamber Music, Chamber Music Groups without age limits (max. 12 members). Chamber Music groups must consist of at least one accordion (with a main role) Scuola Civica (Via Ciriaco Mordini, – Castelfidardo, AN).

DUO BUGARI

RADU RATOI

Radu Ratoi, an award-winning international talent, returns to PIF with a concert that redefines the classical accordion repertoire.

Virtuosity, charisma, and brilliant talent: Radu Ratoi, winner of more than 60 national and international awards – including the prestigious YCA “Susan Wadsworth” Auditions in New York – returns to mesmerize the PIF audience with his extraordinary artistry.
From the Berlin Philharmonic to concert halls around the globe, Ratoi has elevated the accordion to new expressive heights, breaking the boundaries of its traditional repertoire with original transcriptions and bold interpretations that reinvent the classics.

A refined journey through classical transcriptions and two world premieres: Andrea Coruzzi brings both tradition and innovation to the stage with the Matrix accordion. A special event highlighting the originality and expressive potential of the concert accordion.

A young talent with remarkable musical sensitivity, presents a compelling program that blends refined transcriptions with bold premieres in a unique and evocative sound journey.
From Rossini to Verdi, Bizet to Liszt: great works of the classical repertoire are reimagined through accordion fantasies performed with technical mastery and emotional depth. The concert also features two world premieres: one composed by Coruzzi himself, and another dedicated to him by Maestro Cesare Chiacchiaretta — an original piece written specifically for the Matrix accordion, a cutting-edge instrument that opens new horizons in sound and expression.
An experience that bridges past and future, tradition and innovation, in the intimate setting of the Salone degli Stemmi.

TRAD PLUS DUO

Mattia Console – Violin / Andrea Capezzuoli – Accordion and Vocals

TRADplus Duo: a vibrant mix of folk dances and traditions that turn the concert into a collective celebration.
The TRADplus Duo was born from the encounter between Milanese accordionist Andrea Capezzuoli and Marche-based violinist Mattia Console, two musicians who have made their passion for balfolk and for the traditional music of Italy and France their defining identity.
Their repertoire is a vibrant journey through waltzes, mazurkas, polkas, bourrées, and saltarelli — folk dances rooted in collective memory yet reimagined here with fresh, modern, and richly textured arrangements.
Each concert becomes a true collective celebration, where rhythm, energy, and participation merge to create a unique atmosphere, blending tradition and modernity into a contagious and engaging musical experience.
