A big day on Monday 9th September 2024 for the Korg Fisa Suprema, when the accordion was finally presented ON STAGE during the 77th Coupe Mondiale of the Confédération International des Accordéonistes (CIA), demonstrated by Pietro Adragna and Luigi Bruti from Italy.

To officially open the performance of this exciting new digital accordion: Mayor of Castelfidardo Roberto Ascani, the CEO of the Korg Italian Distributor/Algameko Stelvio Lorenzetti, Tracy Parkinson from Korg/UK, Luigi Bruti/Italy (musician, technical expert and sound designer) and Fati Fehmiju/Japan (Fati Fehmiju, musician, accordionist and technician of the KORG Japan sound team), all spoke.

They all warmly welcomed the worldwide audience of the  Confédération Internationale des Accordéonistes (CIA) and their president Mirco Patarini as well as representatives, accordion teachers, performers and accordion associations from many countries including USA, Brazil, China, Russia, Austria, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Finland, Norway, France, New Zealand.

The impressed audience heard for the first time, all the main features of the Korg Fisa Suprema. Luigi Bruti explained and demonstrated the many possibilities that could be performed in 2 different modes: The ‘EASY’ mode, which makes the instrument easy to use for those who do not like technicalities, and the ‘ADVANCED’ mode, which opens up a world of technological innovations for those who wish to explore for more.

The extraordinary new bellows sensitivity, which reacts just like an acustic accordion plus sounds that reached a new level of veracity and quality.
