Special mention should be made of the young accordion organising team. These young people with Prof. Crystal Wang directing and Prof. Li Cong as an advisor, are a remarkable team of organisers who have such great enthusiasm for the Shanghai Accordion Festival events. There was impeccable organizing before the event, superb artwork, posters and huge stage graphics at every major event.

Each major concert had expert on stage planning and smooth well rehearsed changeovers, often with large groups being changed over in a few seconds. The expert concert lighting people and expert sound crew who were so very good. Its a real pleasure watching the Shanghai Accordion Festival organising team go about their presentation of accordion on stage to such a high international level and I know the performers also appreciated having such an excellent organizing team to work with.
